1. Lion Pose

It is one of the best face exercises you can get. This pose stimulates the platysma, which is a thin, rectangular-shaped muscle in the front of the throat. This exercise will strengthen the face muscle as you age.
How to do this: Kneel down on the floor and place your hands on your thighs. Drop your jaw and open your mouth wide. Stick your tongue out down, towards the chin, forcefully. Make a sound from down your throat that replicates the roar of a lion, while breathing through the mouth. Repeat this a couple of times.
2. “Locked Tongue” pose (face slim yoga)
This method is best for increasing blood flow towards the throat, face, and brain, which helps improve skin tone and reduce facial fat.
How to do this: Sit in the lotus position. Place your hands comfortably on your lap.
Repeat a couple of times. Breathe normally through your nose.

3. Lip Pull
If performed regularly, this helps to lift up the facial muscles making you look younger with a prominent jawline and high cheekbones.
How to do this: Begin in a standing or sitting position with your head in the normal position. Now, raise your lower lip up as high as possible by pushing the lower jawbone out. You will feel the stretch and tension in the chin muscles and jawline. Stay this way for ten to fifteen seconds and relax. Perform the lip pull exercise ten to fifteen times at a stretch.
4. Chin Lock (face slim yoga)

It shapes your face and tones your facial and jawline muscles. It is perfect for people with double chins as the exercise is very effective in getting rid of them.
How to do this: Sit down in the Lotus position while breathing deeply. Placing your hands on the knees, raise your shoulders up and bend forward. Then firmly press your chin against your chest and in between your two collar bones, closing your food pipe. Hold your breath as long as possible. Release and repeat.
5. Fish Face
It helps tone and stretches cheek muscles while reducing flabbiness.
How to do this: Suck in your cheeks and lips ( think of what you used to do as a kid to form a fish face). While on that, try to smile and hold the posture for 5 seconds. You will then feel the burn in your cheeks and jaws. Now relax and once more repeat it fifteen to twenty times at a stretch for best results.

Want to have sharp and attractive cheekbones? A prominent jawline? Then, this pose is right for you! It reduces your double chin plus stretches the muscles around your lips, jaws, and cheeks.
How to do this: Start by sitting or standing in a straight posture and moving your jaw as if you are chewing while keeping your lips closed. Breathe in deeply and breathe out while humming. Next, open your mouth wide together with your tongue pressed against your bottom teeth. Keep this posture for five seconds, now inhale and exhale again. This makes one repetition. Repeat this complete exercise ten to fifteen times at a stretch.

7. “Mouthwash Move”
It will not only reduce chubbiness but will also tone your facial muscles. Try this!
How to do this: Start by sitting in a comfortable place; now fill up one of your cheeks with air and transfer the air from one cheek to another as you would do with mouthwash. Continue it for 1 minute and relax. Repeat it five to ten times at a stretch for best results.
8. Cheek Lift (face slim yoga)
Tones and firms drooping cheeks. Smoothen cheek folds to give you a younger-looking face.
How to do this: Start in a comfortable sitting position and smile as wide as you can and lift up your cheeks towards your eyes. Afterward, you will feel the strain in your cheek muscles. 9. Neck Roll

How to do this: Start in a straight position by keeping your head in the normal position. Now, gently bend your head to one side and line with your chin. Do this again for 3 to 4 minutes in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.
