Hi there. I really like the recipes you have listed here and also might be even purchase the glass meal prep containers with your affiliate link. My only thought is that I wish there was an overall shopping list of ingredients and amounts for a week or so worth of some of the meals, just to make it a little easier. Maybe even like a step bt step guide on how to prepare for the week (s) easier and have balanced nutrition.
(I’m lazy though honestly, so maybe it’s me.)
