Ingredients

  • 10 slices white bread
  • 5 pcs hot dogs, cut into 2 strips
  • 3 oz quick melt cheese, cut into 10 strips
  • 4 pcs eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • cooking oil

Instructions

  • Flatten each bread with a spoon or rolling pin until very thin.
  • In each piece of bread, put a half hot dog and sliced cheese. Roll the bread and pitchfork with a toothpick to maintain its form.
  • Beat 4 eggs in a bowl.
  • In a shallow dish, place bread crumbs.
  • Dip the bread roll in eggs and roll in bread crumbs, patting down crumbs to fully coat. Repeat with the remaining rolls.
  • In a medium heated pan, fry the hot dog rolls until golden brown and crunchy.
  • Remove from pan and drain on a wire rack set over a baking sheet. Serve hot with catsup for dipping. Enjoy!
